We all know that Samuel L Jackson is ready to also reprise his role as Nicky Fury in the upcoming Secret Invasion show which will exclusively air on Disney+ rumoured to be released in 2022.
Emilia Clarke, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Christopher McDonald, Olivia Colman, and Killian Scott have been cast for the show alongside Ben Mendelsohn who’s reprising his role as Talos.
However, news broke out exclusively to Deadline that the popular Cobie Smulders will once again be set to take her no-nonsense mantle into Secret Invasion.
Cobie has quite the CV when it comes to the MCU now, being involved in multiple projects in the Marvel Cinematic Universe including Avengers Assemble, The Winter Soldier, Age of Ultron, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Infinity War (after-credits), Endgame, and Far From Home.
It comes as no surprise considering the show will be set mainly around Nick Fury. Maria Hill has been with him since the beginning.
With the current cast list, we know we’re in for one hell of a show.
