Open-World Sonic Game Revealed At The Game Awards – Sonic Frontiers

After coming off the back of the Sonic The Hedgehog sequel trailer, we now have our first official look at the next Sonic video game.

According to the Game Awards, Sonic Frontiers will be releasing in 2022 but we’re without a trailer as of now which leads me to believe this may look more like a 2023 release instead.

Sonic Frontiers will be released on all major platforms that include;

• PS5/PS4
• Xbox Series X/S
• Xbox One
• Nintendo Switch
• PC

I have high hopes for this considering we haven’t really had a groundbreaking game for so many years now.

SEGA will be back at the forefront of the game as well. We did get some released stills for the game which you can see below;
