Top 3 Comic Book Video Games I Want

Over the last few years, many comic book-related games have been released, from Spider-Man to Avengers and more. Some of these games have been insanely well received like Spider-Man and some not, like Marvel’s Avengers.

I’ve been watching some YouTube videos on PS2 comic-related games such as X-Men Origin: Wolverine. It got me thinking about what types of games I would want and for who is the main question.

So here is my top 3.

3. The Punisher

The last time we saw Frank Castle in a game was in 2009. I think it’s beyond time to bring him back for a video game, especially with the graphics and engine of games in today’s society. I think having a Punisher-focused game would indeed be great. You could have it be open-world similar to Spider-Man and Grand Theft Auto although changed. You could allow the player to customize Frank, his loadout, his weapons, and more.

2. The Boys

The Boys. Amazon Prime’s craziest show. This makes perfect sense as to why it should be a video game. It would be insane. Over the course of the last year, we’ve seen characters from the show up in video games and honestly, it looks perfect. We’ve got Homelander, Black Noir, and Starlight that are in Warzone WITH powers. We even have Homelander coming to Mortal Kombat 1 with Omni-Man. Make it happen!

Honorable mentions are Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine which both are coming from the talented people at Insomniac Games, more I would like to see is Invincible, Fantastic Four, The Flash, Green Arrow, and more.

1. An X-Men MMORPG

I want a massive X-Men game. Not something where you use established X-Men but allow us to create our own mutant, make him how we want him to be, to be able to choose his powers, whether he’s a villain or hero, or give us options to make us decide in-game from decisions the player chooses.

Similar to the DC game “DCU Online”. This would be such a fantastic game. You would need to make it a huge game and keep updating it over time until a potential sequel but honestly, a lot of people would play it and probably spend hours establishing new mutants.
