According to a new report, Avalanche Software the company behind Hogwarts Legacy is planning to add around 10-15 hours of new content to the game with a Definite Edition release.
Those who already own the Wizarding game can purchase the downloadable content as a standalone DLC. The report does not state how much the downloadable content will be but hints at it being around $20 to $30 dollars.
While the report doesn’t dive into what the new contact will be about, it does note a few things such as;
- New Side Quests
- New Activities
- New Story quests
- New Outfits
- 2025 Launch
The game is roughly 25-45 hours long in the base form, players can also get up to around 70 hours if they are going for a 100% completed game. So if the new DLC is around 10-15 hours long that is 25 percent of the base game.
While the report suggests a 2025 release date for the DLC, that could change as this is not 100% confirmed for the release date.
While this information was Tom Henderson of Insider Gaming, stuff such as this should always be taken with a grain of salt.
We’ll have to wait and see if this leak of the potential downloadable content is true and if it spurs on Avalanche Software to announce the release.
