San Diego Comic-Con 2020 Cancelled Due To COVID-19

As expected, Comic-Con this year has been cancelled due to the ongoing concerns of the coronavirus.

Whilst disappointing news for many fans hoping to attend the event in July 2020, I feel like most fans were completely expecting the event to be cancelled.

It is a shame the event is not being postponed, and the event is set to return in 2021, it is definitely the best to prevent the spread of the virus.

Of course, fans across the world get excited for Comic-Con due to studios that attend – and a lot of trailers are released, including announcements for any upcoming movies.

We are hoping these are still released in the usual manner. Trailers to official channels on YouTube, including news coming from reliable sources to give us all that excitement we all need, especially in a time like this.

At Comic Universe we did hope for an Eternals trailer and Loki at the very least. With an announcement coming from DC about what is next for them.

I guess none of us will know but I do hope all studios involved ensure everything is released in line with their current diary.
