Ever since we had the honour of interviewing Jermaine River’s on his quest to become John Stewart in the next Green Lantern project, I have been keeping up with everything in his campaign.

Jermaine has shown great passion for the role, and to be honest, when we look at other fan casts we simply can’t see anybody have the same look and compassion for the role as Rivers does.
If you look at the photo, he carries the same look John Stewart does, and judging by his spectacular performance in The Gifted, the personality is already there.
HBO Max has announced a Green Lantern show, but we have very little details on which characters they will use, and what story they will follow. One thing many fans are screaming out for is John Stewart himself.
So here we have an actor, so beautifully passionate about the role, it would make sense to at least give Jermaine the chance to impress.
