“The Boys” Spinoff Show in Development at Amazon following A Huge Season 2 Launch

The Boys has been a huge hit ever since it premiered it’s the very first trailer. With amazing action, great story, and even better characters we’ve got an early season 2 renewal then an even earlier season 3 announcement.

Along with some castings for season 3 like Jensen Ackles becoming Soldier Boy and some hints at more actors joining or the creator wanting certain actors to join the show.

A massive season 2 launch and well, loads of fake reviews for them releasing episodes weekly. We have come to learn that a spinoff show is in development over at Amazon.

The spinoff would be set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes or in this world “Supes” that is run by Vought International.

The spinoff show is described as an irreverent, R-rated series that explores the lives of hormonal, competitive supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities.

The show is also described as “part college show, part Hunger Games – with all the heart, satire, and ranch of “The Boys”.

Craig Rosenberg will be writing the pilot and will serve as the showrunner and executive producer under his overall deal with Sony Pictures Television. Along with Craig Rosenberg, “The Boys” creator Eric Kripke will also be an executive producer.

I’m not actually sure how I feel about a show about young adults in college. I am curious as to when this will be set and will we see any main heroes that we’ve seen in “The Boys”.
