“Captain America 4” is in Development

Captain America is finally getting a fourth movie! That’s right, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Captain America is getting a fourth movie, the second MCU hero to do so.

Malcolm Spell will be picking up Captain America’s shield once more. Spellman, the head writer and show creator behind the amazing The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Disney+ series, is developing a fourth installment in the Captain America movie franchise.

Spellman will co-write the script with Dalan Musson, a staff writer on the Disney+ series.

No castings have yet been revealed for the project but Friday’s episode offers a lot of different ways the movie could go, especially with Chris Evan’s rumored to be signed back onto a Marvel contract.

The movie is most likely going to carry on the story of Sam Wilson from the Disney+ series who is the current Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Timeline.

No official director has been confirmed yet and as always Marvel is being quiet about the project.

It’ll be interesting to see where they take this story and will we get a season 2 of the Disney+ series or will it end in a movie?
