According to Deadline, Leslie Grace is set to be cast as Barbara Gordon in the upcoming DC movie, Batgirl.
As of this moment, we don’t know a lot about the movie as next to no details have come out about it.
What we can confirm is that this will be a HBO Max exclusive, being the first fully-fledged movie to be an exclusive on the platform, which again, is a problem for those outside of the US.
I will say that Grace does look like an exceptional choice to play Batgirl, and I believe she will smash it.
Whether or not this movie will be set in the DCEU, or Robert’s universe is also unknown, but I believe this is something that will be cleared up down the line.
