Marc Guggenheim teased a big Crisis On Infinite Earths announcement this morning. It was something fans long speculated and theories came out of the wood works.
With the announcement that Brandon Routh will once again don a Superman suit as he’d be the Superman we see in Kingdom Come, people wanted to know if any other previous incarnation of the Man of Steel would appear in the Arrowverse crossover. We did get a tease of the Green Arrow who was in the Smallville series in the last crossover “Elseworlds”.
Tom Welling will once again don his cape as Superman, this time from Smallville. The crossover will reveal what has happened to Smallville’s Superman 10 years after the series finale. Details on how Tom’s Superman will fit into the crossover are being kept secret as of now.
I for one am looking forward to seeing Tom Welling as the iconic Clark Kent once again because Smallville was the OG superhero show and some say without Smallville there would be no Arrowverse.
