Marvel Studio’s decided to surprise everyone at the NBA event last night and release a new trailer for their upcoming movie, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
Now don’t get me wrong, I hardly know anything about this character or this side of Marvel Comics, however, by the trailer, it looks and feels like everyone is in for a great time, especially for the action side of things.
The trailer was amazing in my opinion, it felt so much better than the previous trailer we got for the movie so this was great, the trailer didn’t truly show off anything major, yet still delivered a great tease of what is to come in the movie.
The film stars Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Tony Leung, Michelle Yeoh, Fala Chen, Meng’er Zhang, Florian Munteanu, and Ronny Chieng. Additionally revealed in the trailer at the end is Benedict Wong returning as his Doctor Stranger character, Wong.
We also get to see the return of a character we haven’t seen in any major movie or series since The Incredible Hulk (2008), Abomination will be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in this movie then we’ll be seeing him again in the She-Hulk series.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is scheduled to hit theaters September 3, 2021.
