What Was Good?
1. The episode kicks right off where the last one ended with Sarge making his way onto the ship, he and Jaco head to the bridge while Pax heads to the engine room. Sarge and Jaco manage to take over the cockpit while Yo-Yo has went to get the smaller plane ready when she notices Jaco and Pax are missing, Sarge placed a force field up to stop Yo-Yo getting into it.
2. Deke can not defuse the bomb on the truck while Snowflake tells the team what kind of bomb it is and it none other than a atom bomb. While the people on the truck prepare for the bomb going off after the truck has crashed, Quake takes the bomb and has used her powers to keep the bomb steady so it won’t detonate.
3. Sarge is forcing Agent Davis to fly the plane into the atmosphere after Izel, Davis makes contact with Fitz and Jemma and sends her a secret code of distress while alerts Fitz and Jemma to what Izel is really doing. Sarge and Izel finally speak to one another Sarge tells her she took memories from his of the woman he loved and Izel tells Sarge she’ll make him remember what eh really is and that he had no memories to begin with before hanging up.
4. Sarge lets his guard down around a freed Mack which leads into a fist fight between the two, both evenly matched until Jaco stops it and tells Sarge that it’s finished which gives Mack the edge to knock Sarge out cold.
What Was Bad?
1. While we were listening to the conversation between Sarge and Izel we never got flashback’s of Sarge’s before he become a psychotic hunter seeking revenge which lead to the backstory of Sarge being weak.
Holy Shit Moment
1. Sarge brutally murders Pax after Yo-Yo bounced him off the force field a couple of times. Which shocked Jaco and made him join the SHIELD team to fight Izel and the shrike.
2. Quake and the team are trapped inside of the truck with all the shrike flying around outside so she lets open the door and shows us truly how powerful she is buy destroying all the shrike at once.
3. Jaco saves everyone buy opening a doorway to the truck, when they step through Jaco takes the atom bomb and opens another doorway back to the ship with Izel and says he’s not doing this for Sarge, he’s doing it for him and he blows himself and the ship up in space.
4. That end tease… May brutally killing Sarge by shooting him 4 times which the last shot was in the head.. is May infected by the shrike?
The verdict
Solid conclusion to a 2 part episode, instense scenes between Mack and Sarge, Jaco’s sacrifice was a surprise, I really wished he stayed part of the SHIELD team. Is Izel really dead? So many questions. The episode gave us a glimpse of what Quake is truly capable of.
