The latest hero to receive a Disney+ series is none other than Matt Murdock aka Daredevil.
While all Marvel fans knew this would happen sooner or later it is nice to know that this is officially confirmed now.
According to Variety, sources learned that Matt Corman and Chris Ord are attached to write and executive produce the new series for Disney+.
Rumors have been running wild for some time now that Daredevil would be getting his own series, which makes sense since he is one of two previous characters from the Netflix side of Marvel shows to be brought back.
Charlie Cox returned in Spider-Man No Way Home and Vincent D’Onofio returned in Hawkeye. The latest rumor is that Charlie Cox will also be appearing in a couple more series, Echo and more recent, She-Hulk.
The She-Hulk rumor is that he’ll go up against Jennifer Walters in a trial and absolutely destroy her in it and will later end up sleeping with her. The rumor also suggests that we’ll see a new suit for Daredevil, the brown and yellow suit from the comics just with darker yellow.
The announcement of this new Daredevil series does shed some light on the recent teases by Krysten Ritter and Mike Colter about their respective Netflix characters Jessica Jones and Luke Cage as seen by the teases on their Instagram accounts.
