Years ago fans got to watch unfinished scenes of an arc which was supposedly meant to be in The Clone Wars series. That didn’t happen with the previous cancellation however in season 7 we finally got to meet the Bad Batch.
Long story short, the Bad Batch was a squad of mutated clones each with enhanced abilities like Strength, tracking, sharpshooting, and intelligence. They came to help Rex and Cody help find and rescue Echo. Later on, Echo joined the Bad Batch and then we didn’t see them again in the season.
So after Order 66 and the final episode, I came away with questions about the squad.
Where did this mutated squad of clones go with Echo? What happened to them when Order 66 was given by Palpatine? Did they execute that order? Did they survive Order 66?
So many questions left unanswered about them. It’ll be interesting to see if any future project whether that be an animated show, comics, or one can hope, live-action.
I personally think if they did execute Order 66, any Jedi they set their sights on will have trouble surviving against this squad.
I really hope we get answers to these or see them in some form again because if we don’t then I personally think that this once hyped up squad was ruined for an arc about 2 sisters who Ahsoka helps.
