Harrison Ford Joins ‘Captain America: New World Order’

It’s official, are rumors and speculation, Harrison Ford is set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe beginning with the Phase 5 film “Captain America: New World Order”.

Ford will be taking over the mantle of General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross and will star opposite Anthony Mackie, with Shira Haas, Tim Blake Nelson, and Carl Lumbly also amongst the cast.

While the new film’s plot is being kept under wraps, Mackie will reprise his role as Sam Wilson, who assumed the mantle of Captain America in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Julius Onah will serve as the film’s director.

Ford will take up the role last played by Oscar-winner William Hurt, who sadly passed in March, aged 71.

Are you excited to see Harrison Ford take up the mantle and finally join the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
