Along with a release date for a new trailer for the coming Joker sequel, a 24-hour livestream has also been posted online.
You can tune into the live stream now to wait for the new trailer which is set to debut in the UK on Tuesday, July 23 at 2 pm (6 am Pacific time).
While tuning into the livestream, fans have been quick to point out that the studio spotlights and TV monitors keep cutting out every so often leading fans to speculate that it could be something to do with the plot of the movie.
“The spotlight is not a random pattern. And that far left monitor that keeps cutting to something. Can’t tell what exactly it is… but very interesting,” wrote one viewer. With another viewer adding “THE FLICKERS AND STATICS??? Y’ALL BETTER ANALYSE THAT,”
Joker: Folie a Deux sees the return of Joaquin Phoenix in the role of the titular villain, also known as Arthur Fleck, and joining him in this film is Lady Gaga who will be portraying Harley Quinn/Dr Harleen Quinzel.
Todd Phillips returns to direct the film.
