Legends of Tomorrow “The Great British Fake Off” Review

Season 5 Episode 10 “With Sara recuperating from her latest battle, Charlie starts to notice something might not be right with her; Constantine and Zari find themselves trapped in a 1910 boarding house; Ava, Gary and Rory take a trip.”

What I Liked?

1. I did not expect this but we got to see the Arrowverse’s version of an enchantress. Who helps Charlie hide a ring back in Egyptian times. For her small role in it, Enchantress was decent and a nice surprise.

2. Constantine and Zari fall into a magic portal and get teleported to Constantine’s house but in 1910. Constantine and Zari then bump into Jack the Ripper, Bonnie and Clyde, and Brutus along with a few others who came to kill Constantine and find the ring.

3. Charlie’s third sister has been hiding in plain sight, Hell. She’s the one who took in Astra and cared for her when she got into Hell. Charlie’s two sisters then ask Astra to be the third new sister. Astra then betrays the sisters to get her mother back.

What I Disliked?

The episode was beyond slow. It felt like the scenes and story dragged on. The showrunners don’t seem to know what they want to do with the Zari character… do they want her to be with Nate, Constantine, or no one?

Favorite Moment

My favorite moment didn’t come from any of the actual cast members but came from extra’s. Bonnie and Clyde. They went around the house killing people with Hell weapons.

Standout Character

Constantine… It feels like he’s the only one with a hint of character progression in some ways.

The Verdict?

A very underwhelming episode. Boring story and very slow progressing through. Felt like scenes didn’t need to be in and characters wrote out because of no actual plot. One of the worst episodes in the entire series.

Rating: 5/10
