Just when I thought we could be finally at the bitter end of the delays due to the COVID19 pandemic, another delay strikes again. This time from Sony again.
Morbius was originally expected to be released in March 2021, but because of the virus, the release has been pushed back to October 2021. A month which makes a lot of sense for the movie anyway.
The new release date is now October 8th 2021.
We know Venom: Let There Be Carnage is expected to be with us June 25th 2021 and as of now we haven’t received any official news the movie will be moving.
However, as always, the movie industry is so unpredictable right now so to honest I am expecting a delay for that.
In any sense, I can’t wait for both of these movies and it’s definitely shaping up to be a big year for Sony should everything proceed as planned.
