The Flash film is scheduled to start filming in April and with that more casting’s will come.
The Flash director Andy Muschietti has revealed that Sasha Calle has been cast as the DC extended universe’s Supergirl.
Sasha Calle was a standout in The Young and the Restless and was one of “hundreds” to audition for the role of Supergirl according to Muschietti.
Sasha Calle will debut as Supergirl in The Flash in 2022 which also stars Ezra Miller as Barry Allen aka The Flash.
The movie has also added Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck, each reprising their versions of Batman.
It’ll be interesting to see if Sasha’s version of the character will be the main DC Supergirl or will she appear from another place in the multiverse.
