Season 1 Episode 4 – “She-Hulk’s new client Wong is suing a magician for unauthorized use of the Magic Arts”

What I Liked
1. Wong makes his return to the series when a magician uses a ring to send a female to a new dimension and then to Wong who’s about to watch The Sopranos. I love Wong, he is hilarious. You could literally feel the pain when the female ruins the episode of The Sopranos.
2. The court case between Wong and Donny Blaze because of the use of the Magical Arts is an interesting topic. Like, can they do a court case for this or not? I also like how similar names Donny Blaze and Johnny Blaze have.
What I Disliked
1. Honestly, I couldn’t care about seeing Jennifer go on dates. While it’s nice to see backstory to She-Hulk, I just think this is boring.
2. Titania is suing Jennifer for using the “She-Hulk” name. If this is the way we’re going to see the hero and villain go at it then this is going to be horrible. I honestly don’t see any way we can get actual villains to go against She-Hulk at the minute, we’ve only had the Asgardian technology.
Favourite Moment
Seeing Wong and She-Hulk team up to take down some little demons was probably the highlight of the episode if I’m honest. This is probably the most action we’ve seen since episode 1 of the series. I hope we get to see more action with She-Hulk.
Standout Character
I would give this to She-Hulk but I think I’m going to switch it up and give it to Wong. He’s hilarious, he’s very serious about being Sorcerer Supreme. He’s just such a fantastic character.
Verdict
Honestly, I can see we are slowly bringing action into the series but I personally think it needs to hurry up. This is going at a pace where if this continues, people will become angry at it. Overall this was a solid episode for She-Hulk and Wong. The dating side of the episode was boring, but the magic stuff was interesting.
