It’s been confirmed by Paramount that the trailer for the third installment in the Sonic franchise will debut on Tuesday 26, August.
Paramount shared images with Sega characters projected on buildings around the world in such locations as Dallas, Tokyo, Frankfurt, and New York City. The characters that feature prominently are Doctor Robotnik and Shadow the Hedgehog.
The promotion for the upcoming movie has officially begun.
We’ve known for a long time that Shadow will have a major role in the third Sonic movie, with the second movie, Knuckles got a big push last time and it seems like they will be following suit and pushing Shadow for this promotional material.
Keanu Reeves will be joining the universe as the voice of Shadow the Hedgehog which was heavily rumored but has been confirmed recently.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will debut in cinemas on 21st December.
