Star Wars Jedi: Survivor New Trailer and Information Surrounding the Fallen Order Sequel

After a massive release for EA and Respawn for Fallen Order, we knew a sequel was in the works, and deservingly so.

At the end of Fallen Order, we see Cal manage to escape Darth Vader’s wrath, destroy the Holocron and continue his venture into restoring the Jedi Order.

The sequel, titled Survivor instead of Fallen Order 2 follows Cal 6 years after the events of the first game where he’s still evading the overwhelming pursuit by the Empire, as he’s one of the last remaining Jedi.

Cal will meet new and interesting characters according to a press release, which adds up to a perfect time. As it’s 6 years since the first, this would align with the timeline of the current Obi-Wan Kenobi series in Disney+, which does mean Cal could potentially show up in the show in live-action.

The trailer does show a new character wielding a red lightsaber but we aren’t 100% on who that is just yet. The teaser did raise a lot of questions but we can’t wait for it.

The first game is one of my all-time favorite games so if they manage to improve some of the kinks from the first, Survivor may be an absolute powerhouse in the gaming universe.

As of now, we don’t have a full release date on the game, but the trailer did tell us the game will launch in 2023, most likely in the fall.

Cal will also have an updated player model which you can see below;

Here are some photos of the trailer;

And here is the actual teaser trailer;
