That’s right, the Teen Titans are being brought to the big screen in a live-action movie at DC Studios.
Ana Nogueira who is the writer for the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow movie will write the screenplay for the Teen Titans live-action movie.
The Teen Titans were first introduced in the mid-1960s and featured Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqualad, as well as Wonder Girl. Over the years the team has changed with sidekicks such as Speedy, Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Starfire.
Over the years the Teen Titans has become number 1 selling comics and had matured characters, defined personalities and relationships, and continued into modern times.
Ana Nogueira was known for her action which included the CW’s The Vampire Diaries, and has credits such as Highton and The Michael J. Fox Show.
In November of 2023, it was revealed that she would be writing the script for DC’s Supergirl with that project now looking for a director. One can only assume that the script for that movie is fantastic for the studio to allow her to write for the Teen Titans movie.
