Teyon Show First Trailer for the RoboCop: Rogue City Video Game

Growing up, I was a major fan of RoboCop, especially the original movies. I even loved the 2014 reboot as it showed more of the family side than the originals did.

Fast forward 8 years and I honestly believed that the character was done for. There are rumors of a Robocop sequel taking place after the 1987 original, rendering the sequels already in place non-canon.

However, today, Teyon, the studio responsible for The Terminator and Rambo games have released the first trailer for the full-fledged RoboCop game.

As of now, there isn’t a lot of news surrounding the game, however, IGN has posted the synopsis for the game.

Protect the innocent and uphold the law in Robocop: Rogue City, releasing in June 2023. This first person shooter take on the classic 80s action hero movie franchise is being developed by Teyon and is primed to put players in the robo-shoes of Alex Murphy, portrayed by Peter Weller.

The trailer does look fantastic. Donning the original cybernetics and the good old famous words; “dead or alive, you’re coming with me”. The child in me was just screaming for this.
