“The Batman 2” Is Officially A Go

The Batman has done incredibly well at the Box Office. Especially considering we’re still living in a pandemic with Covid where people are still iffy on where they go. Not to mention that living in the UK we’re in a huge energy crisis and fuel is the most expensive it’s ever been, people need to pick and choose where they shop.

According to Box Office Mojo, The Batman hit $759,274,579 worldwide in just 44 days before releasing on HBO Max which is huge.

Variety has reported that Warner Bros. already has everything in motion ready for a sequel.

Warner Bros. revealed its plans for another Caped Crusader story during its Tuesday evening presentation at CinemaCon, the annual trade show for theater owners. “The Batman” director Matt Reeves was on hand to announce the news that he will write and direct the follow-up, but he did not provide any details about what the movie will entail.”

It’s safe to say though, we can’t wait for the next movie and hope there are many more to come within this universe as it seems to be the only stable part of DC at present.
