It only feels like yesterday that fans got to witness the return of the iconic bounty hunter, Boba Fett. We saw the “fate” of Boba Fett in Episode 6 of the movie franchise and his iconic return in The Mandalorian.
When season 2 of The Mandalorian was airing, fans got the announcement that Boba Fett would be receiving his own series and that towards the end of the season, the series for Boba Fett was already filming.
Well, today Star Wars and Disney released the first official trailer for the upcoming series.
The two main characters are Boba Fett portrayed by Temuera Morrison as well as Fennec Shand portrayed by the legendary Ming-Na Wen.
The series follows Boba and Fennec as they navigate the Underworld in the Star Wars Universe after Boba Fett’s return in The Mandalorian.
The series is set to premiere on December 29, 2021, leading into the new year.
