Jaz Sinclair and Lizze Broadway have both been cast in the lead roles in The Boys untitled spinoff show.
The untitled spinoff show is close to being ordered for a series over at Amazon. With the first of its cast being revealed as Jaz Sinclair and Lizze Broadway.
The description for the untitled spinoff show is revealed;
“Set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes (and run by Vought International), the untitled series is described as an irreverent, R-rated show that explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities. Part college show, part Hunger Games — with all the heart, satire and raunch of The Boys.”
It’s no shock that The Boys has been an absolute smash hit for Amazon. The show absolutely kills it (pun intended) every time a season releases. People are consistently speaking, tweeting, posting, and doing memes for the show.
So I expect the same with the untitled spinoff show, especially with it being about younger supes in college. I think it’ll be on the same level as The Boys.
The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke will executive produce the spinoff, while The Boys writer and executive producer Craig Rosenberg will serve as showrunner. Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Ken Levin, Jason Netter, Garth Ennis, and Darick Robertson will also serve as executive producers. Serving as co-executive producers for the series are Sarah Carbiener, Erica Rosbe, Aisha Porter-Christie, Judalina Neira, Zak Schwartz.
The Boys season three is currently filming in Toronto.
