Quite unsurprisingly, Batwoman has been binned by The CW. I honestly had a feeling this was coming.
Batwoman never quite managed to reach a solid live viewership since season 1 and it kind of never picked back up after Ruby Rose’s shock exit right after season 1.
I also don’t think it helped the case when Ruby came out and basically exposed the toxic work environment which you can read here.
According to TV Series Finale Batwoman’s season 3 only averaged 458,000 per episode.
It is a shame and I’m honestly sad to hear the news coming out tonight. I know Batwoman gets a lot of hate but I can’t praise season 3 enough. It was a fantastic season and through us, it averaged a 9.2/10.
I do think The CW needs a major overhaul so I do get it. The Flash is likely only to have 1 more season left in its tank. We’re still waiting to hear if Legends of Tomorrow or Naomi are yet to be renewed but we are hearing they’re “severely at risk” of not being renewed.
