It’s easily one of the most highly anticipated games of the year and we’re here for it.
It’s been a couple of months since Insomniac started their marketing campaign for their latest game. We’ve seen a few trailers for the game so far, and yesterday, they released the Launch Trailer. For me, this has increased the hype surrounding the game.
I thoroughly enjoyed playing the first Spider-Man game, as well as Miles Morales and the remastered version of the first game. Insomniac Games has always delivered exceptional Spider-Man games, so I am confident that the sequel will meet our expectations once again.
It is quite impressive that we get to play as both Peter and Miles in the game. If Activision were still developing the game, it is doubtful that we would have seen anything as good as what Insomniac has produced so far.
My colleague Phil and I have pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe edition of the game for review purposes. As Comic Universe is a new platform, we do not receive early copies of games for review. Therefore, we plan to do our best in terms of publishing our reviews as soon as possible.
We will release our First Impressions article on October 21st. Following that, our full review will be released on October 22nd in the evening (BST).
