The First Issue of Marvel & 20th Century Fox’s “Predator Versus Wolverine” Begins In A Fantastic Fashion

The first issue of the comic Marvel & 20th Century Fox’s “Predator Versus Wolverine” was recently released in comic book shops. Now, I’m a massive fan of both of these characters so I’ve been waiting a few months for this comic to begin releasing I recently picked it up and was not disappointed.

The comic starts with a badly injured Wolverine basically retreating to save his life, although he does have an insane healing factor, this isn’t helping with what he’s coming against. The Predator is hot on his heels, injuring and blasting Wolverine to bits. We see Wolverine in a bad state with bones showing and more.

With the first issue shaped up as an introduction to what was teased as a very long history between two formidable foes, I can only imagine what other flashbacks we have in store within future issues of this comic.

One of the major things I loved about this first issue if the fact that it wasn’t modern-day Logan we were only involved with. It flashbacked to a very young Logan if I had to guess maybe early 20s, so it was a long time ago these two foes met for the very first time.

It is clear that they are establishing Logan to be the trophy that got away. The hunt that never dies for the Yautjas. This first issue really showcased a different side of Logan that I truly haven’t seen, he was retreating to heal his wounds, and he was running from a fight. Some might say, he was even in fear.

I can not wait to see how the rest of the issues play out, this could set up one of the best crossover stories there has been. What this comic does for me personally is just scream…
