Fortnite is massive whether you like it or not. It gets love, it gets hate. One thing that Fortnite does well is skins and collaborations with major franchises, movies, TV series, and anime. They’ve worked with DC to bring stories, skins, and comics, and they’ve recently done the same with Marvel.
More recently, a significant collaboration they have done is Dragon Ball. They brought 4 skins, gliders, pickaxes, and mythic weapons to the game to switch up players’ gameplay styles. It worked. I loved this collab but what other franchise should they consider doing?
Now this list won’t fully be comic-related but I would still love to see them doing these collaborations.
5. The Terminal List
The Terminal List is a recent Amazon Prime TV series with Chris Pratt at the helm playing a veteran Navy Seal. It’s more lone-wolf than Navy Seals but throughout the series, Chris’s character wore some significant outfits to allow him to be effective.
I believe that this character would work perfectly with the style of gameplay Fortnite offers. I think you could easily give players the option to buy 3-4 different styles for Chris’s character.
4. Sons of Anarchy/Mayans MC
This one is purely for my own benefit. I’m a huge fan of both of these TV series and I think you could easily adapt some characters into the universe of Fortnite. Charlie Hunnam played Jax Teller, fans would absolutely love to play as Jax.
Another character you could introduce is EZ Reyes. Similar to Jax, he’s the main character and fans would love to play with it. This would also allow fans to live out the fantasy of who would win, Jax or EZ.
3. Fast and Furious
One collaboration that I’m honestly surprised hasn’t happened yet. Fast and Furious is basically right up Fortnite’s alley at the minute. Over-the-top action. None stop fighting and moving, and of course, Fast and Furious.
I know the perfect bundle for this too. The characters Dominic Toretto and Brian O’Connor as skins. The bundle will consist of 2 gliders, Dom’s muscle car, and Brian’s skyline. Dom will have a wrench as a pickaxe while Brian will have the “dude, I almost had you” emote. I would buy this in a heartbeat.
2. Transformers
Transformers is basically there. They already have skin that resembles a Transformer or a Megazord. Go all out. Let us buy Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, Megatron, and Starscream. They have proved they can do this and the skin works in the game.
This bundle could also have an emote where you change back into car form.
1. Power Rangers
Power Rangers is a franchise that you’d think would already be in the game, but they are not. Power Rangers could easily collab with games such as Fortnite or Fall Guys. It doesn’t have to be the entire team, just could be the Red, White, and Green Rangers.
Introduce their weapons as “mythics” similar to Goku’s Kamehameha. It would be the game interesting to allow players to collect the weapons as mystics and if you have all 5, allow them to attach them all and create a bigger mythic weapon.
