Marvel Studios’ animated series based on the “What If…?” storylines is close to releasing their second season. The series explores alternate timelines in the multiverse and shows major moments from the main Marvel Cinematic Universe changed.
The second season is scheduled to release on December 22, 2023, and will release an episode per day until December 30, as part of Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe on Disney+.

The episode “What If… Captain Carter fought the Hydra Stomper? continues from the “What If… The Watched broke his oath? episode.
The episode “What If… Kahhori reshaped the world?” will introduce an original MCU character named Kahhori, a young Mohawk woman who seeks to discover her powers after the Tesseract crash-lands in the Haudenosaunee Confederacy in pre-colonial America.
